Job Description
- Good knowledge and experience in handling break fix issues for Laptops/Desktops.
- Experience in handling hardware/Software related issues for various desktop/laptop models.
- Knowledge of deployment of applications via either SCCM or intune.
- Expertise in Windows 10/11 OS, address user tickets regarding hardware, software and networking.
- Experience in testing hardware patches, OS patches and application compatibility.
- Knowledge and experience in Endpoint encryption tools like Bitlocker.
- Experience in deploying patches to workstations at large and fix any issues that may arise due to patching.
- Understanding of Group policy, identify issues related to Group policies and working with appropriate teams to resolve the issue.
- Experience in performing OS upgrade, compliance check and remediation
- Knowledge in handling MacOS issues.
- Good customer handling skills , planning activities and execution
- Guide customers through installing applications and computer peripherals
- Create end user KB with simple, step-by-step instructions
- Perform remote troubleshooting
- Test alternative pathways until the issue is resolved .
- Customize desktop applications to meet user needs
- Record technical issues and solutions in logs
- Direct unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel
- Follow up with clients to ensure their systems are functional
- Report customer feedback and potential product requests
- Create technical documentation and manuals
- Good at interacting with multiple vendors to drive the resolution of workstation issues .
- Ability to Manage Project activities within designated timelines and provide expert opinion and drive the task assigned
- Effective Presentation Skills
